New Delhi: Many types of vegetables and fruits are available in the winter season. People who are fond of food and drink eagerly wait for this season. Many types of recipes are also prepared and eaten in this season. Like carrot pudding, carrot salad, raw carrot etc. But if you want to drink something hot in the cold season, then you can make carrot soup and drink it. This soup is rich in antioxidants which help in keeping your body healthy. So let’s know about the recipe to make it-

Carrot – 200 grams

Onion – 2 chopped

Garlic – 4-5 cloves

Ginger – 1 piece

Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoons

Whole black pepper – ground 2 teaspoons

salt – as per taste

Cream – 2 tbsp

water – as required

• First of all, wash and clean the carrots thoroughly. Then cut it and boil it by adding some water in the cooker. When the carrot is boiled, take out the carrot and water in separate vessels.
• Then prepare a paste by grinding the boiled carrots in the mixie. Put a pan on the gas and add oil to it. Finely chop onion, garlic, ginger and fry in oil.
• When all these things are fried, add onion and fry it lightly. Your puree is ready, cook it for 5-10 minutes.
• Keep in mind that the soup should not be thick. If the soup is thick then add water to it.
• Then add water and salt to the mixture and mix. Boil the mixture for 1-2 minutes and turn off the gas.
• Now take out the soup in a bowl and serve hot by adding black pepper powder on top.
