In the last twenty-four hours, one death each has been reported from Jharkhand and Maharashtra, while two deaths have been reported from Kerala. With this, the total number of dead has increased to 5,30,799. According to the ministry, the number of patients under treatment in the country is 5,839, which is 0.01 percent of the total number of infected.

At the same time, the national rate of those recovering from infection is 98.80 percent. According to the ministry, the total number of people who have defeated Kovid-19 in India has increased to 4,41,58,161. At the same time, the death rate has been estimated at 1.19 percent. According to the ministry’s website, 220.64 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in the country so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
