When it comes to snacks in Indian homes, the first name that comes to mind is Crispy Rice Samosas. You must have eaten potato samosa many times. But, have you ever eaten rice samosa? If not, know how to make delicious and crispy rice samosas.

• Rice – 2 cups
• Flour – 2 cups
• Butter – 1/2 tbsp
• Green onions – 1/4 cup
• Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
• oil – as needed
• Desi ghee – 2 tsp
• salt to taste

• First clean the rice and cook them in the cooker, as the rice is cooked, cut them in a vessel.
• Take a green onion and cut its white part and leaves into fine pieces.
• Put refined flour in a bowl and add one teaspoon of desi ghee and salt.
• Knead the dough by adding lukewarm water, knead the dough a little hard and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
• Heat butter in a pan, after it becomes hot add green onions and cook for 1 minute.
• Now add cooked rice, chili sauce and a little salt to it.
• Cook for 2 minutes while stirring the rice with a spoon.
• After the fixed time, turn off the gas and keep the rice in a vessel to cool down, your stuffing is ready.
• Now prepare balls by taking flour.
• Take the dough and roll it into a long shape, then cut the dough in the middle with the help of a knife.
• Now take a portion and make it like a cone, fill the filling in the prepared dough and stick the samosa by applying water on the edges.
• Similarly prepare samosas from the rest of the dough and keep them on a plate.
• Heat the oil in a pan and heat it well, put the prepared samosas in the oil and fry them.
• Cook the samosas till they turn golden from both the sides.
• Fry the rest of the samosas like this, your delicious rice samosas are ready.
• Serve with green chutney or sauce.
