In the Corona era many companies are coming up with many schemes to benefit the customers. In such a situation, Maruti Suzuki and Toyota Kirloskar Motor have extended the free service and warranty period on their cars. This offer of Maruti will be applicable to those vehicles whose free-servicing and warranty period is going to expire between March 15 to May 31.
Now the company has extended it till June 30. That is, the cars, which are expiring between the time given by the free-servicing and warranty period, do not have to worry. They will be able to avail these services till 30 June next month.
Decision taken due to lockdown
Partho Banerjee, senior executive director (service), Maruti Suzuki India, said, “Customers in many states are facing lockdown due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. So the company has provided free-servicing and warranties to its customers.” It has decided to extend the period till June 30. This decision will give relief to the customers. Now customers can avail these services at their convenience. “

Toyota also extended free service
Toyota has extended the duration of its vehicle warranty and customer paid extension warranty by one month in states where the government has imposed a lockdown. The company has also extended a pre-paid service package for the benefit of customers as part of its ‘Customer Connect Program 2.0’ initiative.

Tata also extended free service time
Tata Motors has also provided relief to its passenger vehicle customers. The company has now extended the warranty and free service time till June 30. This means that customers whose vehicles were running out of warranty by April 1 and May 30, they can now take it until June 30.
The company said on Tuesday that the decision was made due to the increased impact and lockdown of the second wave of Corona. A lot of customers have not been able to avail the services of maintenance. This is because they are unable to move out of the houses due to the lockdown. The company said that it is a good decision to provide easy and hassle-free service to the customers after the sale of trains. Under this, the warranty and free service time has been extended.
