Reno India has extended the time for free service and warranty while providing relief to its customers. The company said that the vehicles whose free service and warranty were expiring between April 1, 2021 to May 31, 2021. It has been extended to 31 July 2021. The Company’s Roadside Assistant Service will continue 24X7 during any type of emergency.
Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Motors and Toyota Kirloskar Motor have also extended free service and warranty periods on their cars. However, the time extended by Reno India is the highest. All companies have taken this decision because of the lockdown.
Maruti extended free service till 30 June
This offer of Maruti will be applicable to those vehicles whose free-servicing and warranty period is going to expire between March 15 to May 31. Now the company has extended it till June 30. That is, the cars, which are expiring between the time given by the free-servicing and warranty period, do not have to worry. They will be able to avail these services till 30 June next month.
Toyota also extended free service
Toyota has extended the duration of its vehicle warranty and customer paid extension warranty by one month in states where the government has imposed a lockdown. The company has also extended a pre-paid service package for the benefit of customers as part of its ‘Customer Connect Program 2.0’ initiative.
Tata extends free service till 30 June
Tata Motors has also provided relief to its passenger vehicle customers. The company has now extended the warranty and free service time till June 30. This means that customers whose vehicles were running out of warranty by April 1 and May 30, they can now take it until June 30.
