Thane (Maharashtra), A Thane court has acquitted the owner of a Navi Mumbai restaurant in an attempt to murder case. This matter is of 2011. The owner of the eatery was accused of attacking a man with a sickle on March 16, 2011, following a dispute over parking near his eatery.

Additional Sessions Judge P.M. Gupta pronounced the order on March 18, which was shared on Thursday. Judge Gupta said the prosecution failed to prove the charges as only the relatives of the injured were produced as witnesses while the incident took place in a crowded market place.
