Wheat flour – 1.5 cup

Carrot – 1/4 cup

Peas – 1/4 cup

salt to taste

Ghee – as required

• First of all cut the carrots and prepare the puree in the mix. Then peel the peas and grind them in the mixie and prepare its puree as well.
• Now mix carrot puree and salt in a bowl and knead it in flour. Similarly, knead a separate dough by mixing peas puree and salt in a separate bowl.
• In this bowl, mix plain salt in the flour and knead it. Now take small balls of equal size from all the three flours and keep them.
• Cut the dough like a tricolor and then roll it in the shape of a parantha. Keep the griddle on the gas to heat it and put the parathas of dough on it.
• Now roast the parathas by applying ghee and then cook till they turn brown from both the sides. Your tasty and hot Tiranga Parantha is ready. Eat with chutney or pickle and also enjoy feeding.
