Insects are present in cauliflower or cabbage, so you should clean them thoroughly before making them. After this, cut the cabbage into big pieces. Pour water in a vessel and put cauliflower in it. Now add one teaspoon of salt and let the cauliflower soak for some time. Due to this, the worms in the water will come out on their own.

According to diet experts, very few people consume broccoli. Most people use it to make soup, salad or any special dish. It is considered very nutritious and healthy vegetable. In the dark green color of broccoli, many times the small green insects are not visible quickly. To remove them, cut them into small pieces. Put them in lukewarm water containing salt and leave them for 15 minutes. Now you can make vegetable by cleaning it with clean water.

According to research, such a worm is present in cabbage which is very harmful for health, it can harm by reaching the brain. In this case, while cutting cabbage, remove its upper layer.
